We have vacancies for Algorithmic Trader/Developers. Your primary responsibilities will be:
As a young and growing company, all employees must be comfortable with our entire trading book and our software and trading systems. Traders are responsible for the entire lifecycle of a task, from the inception of an idea through its deployment. Traders will have day to day responsibility of trading multiple strategies on multiple markets. We immediately see the impact of new features and their effect on our trading book and subsequently the revenue. We want to deploy software daily and will have a short development cycle. We continuously work on enhancing our software stack in terms of latency and have a roadmap for software development and market coverage.
There is zero bureaucracy, and we all experience the same successes or failures. All information is shared, all ideas are heard, and we all share a common goal. We are limiting our team expansion to extremely bright and highly-motivated individuals with experience as Algorithmic Trader/Developer.
Compensation includes a discretionary bonus component based on percentage of company PnL with no predefined caps. This allows us to significantly reward our high-impact employees.
